All warranty is backed up with advance supply of replacement component where available. Your unit will then be assessed for confirmation of warranty. Apple International will, at their option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any goods found defective during the warranty period.
New instruments and electronic components, unless otherwise noted, will carry a Six (6) month or 500 hour warranty, whichever occurs first, from the date of sale.
Overhauled components, unless noted otherwise shall carry a six (6) month or 300 hour warranty, whichever occurs first, from the date of sale.
Apple international may, at their option, extend the warranty for up to an additional six months to allow for shelf life prior to installation.
Apple International reserves the right to deny warranty on units subjected to abuse, physical damage, or removal of warranty seals.
Any items returned under a Warranty Claim must be shipped back to our Facility at the Customer’s costs, the Customer must also cover the costs of return Shipping once Warranty Repairs or exchange has taken place.
